This Privacy Policy describes how Latinformatics handles information associated with Latinformatics Remote Support (LRS), including the LRS website, subscription, account, licensing, Viewer, Agent, and related services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use LRS, we may receive or process information such as your name, email address, subscription and transaction identifiers, account and licensing information, device or session identifiers, IP address, connection information, and technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Payment Information

LRS subscription payments are processed by PayPal. Latinformatics does not receive or store your complete payment card number through the LRS website. PayPal may provide Latinformatics with information necessary to identify and administer your subscription, such as your payer information, subscription identifier, payment status, and billing status.

Remote Support Sessions

LRS enables an authorized technician to interact with a remote Windows computer when a customer or authorized user makes that computer available for remote assistance. Depending on the features used during a session, information displayed on the remote computer, clipboard content, files intentionally transferred, and other session data may pass through LRS systems as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate authorization before accessing or controlling another person's or organization's computer or data through LRS.

How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and maintain LRS, authenticate users, administer subscriptions and licenses, enforce simultaneous-session limits, prevent abuse, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, communicate about the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
